Whitelisted Loadouts

Looking for a whitelisted weapon loadout mod for my realism server. I dont want everyone being able to use sniper rifles, excessive explosives, rockets etc. More setup for realistic squad loadouts. I am willing to learn how to set this up and if a SQL DB is required or if it can be a procon plugin.

AdvancedRCON

Advanced RCON AdvancedRCON in first place provides a bunch of RCON Events and Commands that can be used to create new RCON plugins either for PRoCon (modified VU Edition) or VeniceRCON.
