If you request a Medic or ammo it should be announced into the team channel of the text chat. This way it would be much easier to see if someone needs anything.
The Message should be like:
[TEAM] Playername REQUEST AMMO
The same could also apply for attack/defend orders, beside they should be announced into the squad channel like:
[SQUAD] Playername ATTACK Objective B
