I’m facing an issue with Battlefield Bad Company 2 on Steamdeck where the multiplayer mode is completely non-functional. I tried adding “dinput8.dll” to the game directory, a fix suggested to enable playing on alternative servers, but there’s been no improvement. Despite experimenting with different Proton versions, the game still cannot connect to any servers for multiplayer gameplay. If anyone has managed to bypass this issue or has any suggestions, your input would be greatly appreciated.
