When starting VU client and trying to login with my credentials, it returns the message: “Login Failed: Your credentials could not be validated. Please make sure they are entered correctly and try again.” The credentials are correct since I login with them on the VU website.
Hey, i dont know if your issue is fixed, but here what helped me :
I figured it out that in the VU Client you cant use “@” in your password to log in. My old password had an “@” in it. So i changed my password and removed “@” and now it works.
