I get a loading screen when launching VU

Hi! I get a loading screen when launching VU, windows 10, steam version of the game.
I tried reinstalling VU and updating windows, nothing helps

Try updating graphic card drivers to the latest version, if you have nvidia, also download 3d vision driver, 3d vision controller’s driver, and PhysX , it worked for me
