Adding some comments here per the Discord support channel (Discord).

This mod is no longer required (and for me introduced an issue where I couldn’t move at round start).

If you need to disable preround, add vu.DisablePreRound true to your Startup.txt file.

If you have the mod, better to remove NoPreRound from your Mods.txt file and use vu.DisablePreRound true in your Startup.txt file.
