Origin account is already linked to another account

Hello, I’m having some problems here, I’m trying to login for the first time but I get this error, what should I do to fix this?

Same here same problem no good answers. At least I got further. I was able to login then got this. Origin account is already linked to another account. OK then I see this The Discord server is for all kinds of discussion. You’ll get faster answers there if you have some quick questions. WHERE? WHERE ON DISCORD?
