Out of Memory

I’m getting this error even if my RAM is 16GB.
I didn’t install any mods…
And, I updated graphic card driver to latest one.
I also added VU.exe in NVIDIA control panel.

BF3 and VU are 32 bit aplications.
the max memory usage is limited to 4GB
