Hello, I’m pretty new to server hosting via Venice Unleashed and pretty careful when it comes to web security.
I was wondering if there are any risks to my computer and network if I host a server, since they connect to the Zeus network when hosted. Is it possible for an eventual bad actor to connect to my server and run malicious code on my machine? And if so, what are some things I can do to prevent this?
Of course, I run basic password protection on both my server as well as for it’s admin panel, my main concern is if there are any exploits or open ports that can be exploited.
