Problem after server start: A System shutdown is in progress

Hi, I’m with Win 10 x64 1607 and after starting the server (regardless of 30/60/120hz), my entire windows
system is experiencing this problem and also no .lnk files are working (for example the right click entries in the start menu) until I reboot the PC.

This is cause by the start of the VU server.

your Windows system may be corrupted. Try an automatic system file fix by starting CMD or Powershell (search it in searchbar) as Administrator (right click, start as administrator) and run “sfc /scannow”
