My system is Windows 10 Professional. The gaming platform is EA. I can normally start Battlefield 3 and play online. However, when following the provided steps, I cannot run the VU Client (version number 20041) properly. It crashes immediately upon opening, but the VU activation runs normally.
How should this problem be resolved or investigated?

To add on, I have already performed a complete repair of the game in the EA client, turned off all antivirus programs, and reinstalled the VU client multiple times (both ZIP and EXE versions), but the aforementioned problem still persists.
