Is there a way to keep some guy from the Vanilla and Vietnam(Bots) server,because he was very anoying with teamkilling…His name is Stoump…I punished him serveral times for teamkilling.
After that he came back with another name named by noobnose and doeing the same things like teamkilling…

does project rome not run on procon?..there is a ban list on the program

you should contact the server owner directly. Some have discord, others have websites. Maybe there is some notification about them ingame or in the server name or googling the complete server name could help.
Every server in project Rome is hosted by some volunteer. There is no global administrator that can change settings on any server though.

ProCon is a server administration tool for the Battlefield series and has nothing to do with Project Rome. And yes, it is compatible with the Battlefield Bad Company 2 servers and there are plugins out there that can kick and ban teamkillers. Anyway, this has to be configured by the server admin.
