Tickets doesnt change

I have this is my Startup.txt for deathmatch server

vu.SetTeamTicketCount 1 500
vu.SetTeamTicketCount 2 500

Tickets stays on 100 it doesnt change

I rcon the commands its says ok so accepted but it doesnt change from 100 to 500

Do i missed something ?? and whats is the command to change quicker between maps ? its 60 seconds atm.

change this vars.gameModeCounter

I changed the tickets using vars.gameModeCounter to 250, it showed me 250 tickets in the hud, but when reaching the 250, round doesn’t end
