Answer by link: set Windows 10 or use the previous version, adding to the shortcut " -updateBranch none", and wait - perhaps they will fix it.
But WIN 8.1 is installed on my computer.

I reinstalled WIN 8 PRO to WIN 10 PRO and Client VU started working, but a new problem appeared - fun-bots mod stopped working. I have no idea what happened.
