Hello there, I’m going to guess that you’re talking about FunBots. Based on that, here are the things that you can do in its settings to reduce the bots’ skill.
The default path for finding the relevant file is: documents->BF3->server->admin->mods->FunBots->-ext->shared->Config.lua
Under difficulty you can find BotAimWorsening. The default value is 0.1, but you can raise the value to make their aim worse.
You can also adjust the aim per class like for sniper and support. You can also increase or decrease the number of bots using InitNumberOfBots.
