How do I create a hardcore VU server?

Hi, I want to create a hardcore variant of my VU server. I had a quick look through the docs and wiki but couldn’t find the variables or setting to launch the server as hardcore mode (no radar , no healing etc)

Could someone throw me a bone?

I worked it out.

It’s not 100% hardcore mode but close enough.

in your Startup.txt (inside the documents\Battlefield 3\Server\Admin)

add the lines…

vars.hud false
vars.bulletDamage 150

You can also change the global game speed if you want a COD style game by changing…

vu.TimeScale 1.0

1.5 is about COD speed - not that we want BF3 to be COD though.
