Quite often the persons name doesn’t appear when they are talking on voip in squad (green)
Had the same glitch in Squad — voices come through fine but names don’t always show. I ended up testing a different VOIP setup for another project and used telxi for voice routing. It kept things consistent and names showed up reliably, which made it way easier to follow who was talking.
